Connor and Emily Hedgecoth
Pastor Connor and Emily have served as youth pastors for the past three years, and they are known for building a space where students feel relaxed, welcomed, and comfortable being honest about what’s going on in their lives. They care about students as individuals and take time to listen, follow up, and stay involved beyond weekly services.
Their ministry is shaped by strong relationships and a lot of shared time with students, whether that means hanging out before service, staying late after events, or simply being present when students need support. Connor and Emily want faith to feel connected to real life, not something separate from it, and they work hard to meet students where they are rather than where they think they should be.
They are grateful to serve at Bridge City and are excited to continue growing a youth ministry that feels genuine, supportive, and centered on meaningful relationships with students and families.
